I joined Gymophobics 10 months ago. Joining has been one of the best things I?ve ever done for myself. I was abit nervous about joining up but I?am so glad I did .I love going and very quickly it became part of my routine, so much so, I get annoyed on the days I can?t make it. I always feel so much better once I?ve been.The staff are so lovely and friendly and are always there for encouragement and help. It?s a lovely place to go and very welcoming.I?ve lost just over one stone since joining and nearly 17 inches of all over. I have more energy and my menopause symptoms of aches and pains have all gone since joining. I also sleep so much better.If you?re thinking about joining a Gym, then give Gymophobics a go, you won?t regret it. Just 30 minutes on the circuit on a regular basis will change your life. I wish I?d of joined years ago.

I work here for 12 years, it is great, the women from15 to 90 are lovely, it is so friendly, warm and you will get results, lovely place to be

Have been going for a couple if months now and already see a massive improvement in my fitness and shape as well as my blood pressure. Fits in easily with my busy lifestyle as I can be there and back in an hour. It is a friendly and welcoming place and I would definitely recommend!

I am not from the area and had been on a long journey to get to Harrogate when we got stuck in very bad traffic on the run up to the Bilton area. I was so very desperate for the toilet and was close to tears when I saw the ladies gym on the side of the road. I went in and asked if I could use the toilet. The ladies behind the desk were so friendly and said 'we are all women here!'. I'm so grateful. Thank you for your help! I wish I could go to a gym like this!

What can isay about gymophobics the best thing I did was to join.I have met some lovely ladies and the instructors are there every step of the way should you need them.just sign up you won't regret it.

Over ten years ago I was seriously overweight, I was on crutches with knee and back problems and facing the probability of knee replacement surgery. Gymophobics started me on my journey back to full fitness and weight loss. I still have my own knees and have just been on holiday walking 18K a day in the hills. The Power Plate is amazing and keeps all my joints strong. I love the 30 minute circuit. you start your timed slot and then move round the equipment in sequence, working all areas of your body - no more waiting for pieces of equipment. Once on the circuit, stress free, I can have some me time, away from all the pressures of the day. The atmosphere is lovely with friendly helpful staff. Great place.

I?ve been really happy with my progress at gymophobics. I love that it is Ladies Only and the 30 minute circuit means that I can easily fit a gym session into my day. Happy to give 5 stars ?? ????????

I have been a member for over 10 years. I have had amazing results The staff are very freindly and make sure your programme is tailored to you. I have arthritus and find that this gym helps me.
