Says shut at 6. Arrived at 1745 to collect a game and was told their closed. Will spend my £45 at Amazon then. No wonder the high street is dying

Bought ussed smash brothers for the switch. I asked "has it been checked that it works because i don't live near a game store to take it back" .. I'm home and you guest it, not working.. 1 star because the minimum i expect from the business is it to sell working games..Now i have disappointed children and i have a long drive to take it back.

Went in today to collect my Xbox that I've bought on all Access. They told me they can't process it because the iPad they need was broke and they probably won't get a new one for a month. The tall guy that served me was brilliant and couldn't be more apologetic. Game should be providing its staff in stores with the tools they need to do their job.

Awful staff, used to be so great.I?ve been going to game as a customer since I was around 9 years old, I?m now almost 20 and I cannot count the amount of times I?ve been to game, when it was in Victoria shopping centre I really enjoyed going there with my friends, the staff were all really nice and at the time they seemed to help all the time, I used to trade my games into there when I felt the need.The last 10 times I?ve gone(maybe more) I?ve been either ignored like I?m not there, or one of the staff members have been extremely rude to me.I?ve traded in my phone there to buy a new one, which was one of the more pleasant visits however there was still some bluntness involved.The manager has been really down to earth and I might say the best manager so far. Seems to know his stuff and even though he is strict with certain things, every manager has to be, he remembered me and the things I?ve ordered and stuff I?ve talked to him about. Really appreciate him as a manager.Now the problem was a few months ago. I?ve been eagerly waiting for the new Xbox and thought I?d have a nice little discount for the new Xbox and as i had been shopping at game for a while, thought I?d give my Xbox in for cash, they offered £180, which is okay, that?s not the problem.The problem was, after taking my Xbox one X into store, they said that I needed the original controller, fair, however it was the exact same black controller and somehow they new that it wasn?t the correct controller. So I went home and got the controller. Took me about 30-50 mins to go home and back, they said they would have a look and I waited for another 50 mins for them to only say that they ?won?t take my Xbox as the security seal has been broken? I?m sorry but this is a joke. I was really annoyed and the way that they used my time and didn?t help whatsoever is a joke, the manager wasn?t in or was in the back but still I left so annoyed and I thought it was stupid. I then sold my Xbox on the Facebook marketplace for £220, £40 more than game would have given me. I?m sorry but unless I absolutely have to I don?t see any incentives to shop there.

why bother having a contact number when nobody bothers to answer ...DISGUSTED...And dont tell meur working there was 1 person the floor seemingly overseeing the entire department...all I want was to connect with the Game store..

Went all the way to Harrogate only to find we couldn?t get into the shop as we had a pushchair.
There was a wheelchair sign saying ?ask for help if needed? but all the staff to ask were in the store down the escalator!

I went to Game to purchase a Playstation game and some headphones a couple of weeks ago. I was served by Thomas who was great! I asked Thomas about some of the headphones on sale, he was well informed about the products and served with a friendly manner. Nice experience

I went into store today and was greeted with nothing but rudeness by two young men, they tried to deter me from trading in something immediately.Then continued to have a chat amongst one another, after that I continued to try trade in the item and they weren't interested in the slightest.I would call this shop more of a smelly youth club than I business, I don't think I have every received such bad customer service.. EVER.I have contacted game HQ via email and twitter hopefully they'll realise what's happening in one of there branches.

Patronising & rude , had a problem with a faulty controller & despite having it fully boxed , full proof of purchase & within 30 days of purchase . Was refused refund & told well it's only a £20 controller not a lot to spend on a spare !! WTF

The female assistant manager in this shop has an absolutely disgusting attitude to customers, doesn?t want to help in anyway and the way she speaks to people is terrible. I witnessed how she spoke to a customer who was just wanting to trade a device in, if that?s how she treats people what kind of example is it setting for her team. I would rather go to the Leeds branch than ever go to this shop again
