Good food but hugely overpriced. The restaurant is grim, cold with filthy tables. For the same price you could get a pub meal. There are far better burger places in town doing the same thing for half the price

I ordered on the Five guys website to pick up. The website didn?t give me an email or order number. When I went into the store, they didn?t have my full order. The manager/supervisor was very understanding and looked through their systems and what I paid. He was able to sort the problem and was very accommodating and hospitable.

I?m not really a person to complain, but I feel a review is very necessary after the order we placed yesterday. Upon arrival of the food, the bag was that greasy that when the delivery man handed us the food all of it fell out the bottom. As well as this half of the order was missing, we didn?t have the two milkshakes that we ordered. The burgers were completely wrong and they didn?t even put spice on the fries like we asked. We reached out to Uber eats who delivered the food. They specified that we contact the restaurant. I then called up the resteraunt and spoke to the general manager who then told me to speak to Uber eats. I wasn?t overall pleased with the service as it was back-and-forth with the whole conversation we had no resolution putting in place. The only thing that Manager told me to do was to come to the restaurant and come get some more food even though we ordered it and couldn?t make it. Overall I?ve never had an issue with five guys however on this one occasion I feel very let down by this and felt the need to complain as our food was ruined and we never even got a refund , if possible, I would like someone to reach out to this comment and speak to me so we can Come to conclusion and finally settle this.

You get lots of fries i opted for cheese hot dog not impressed at the size for what i payed .partners burger looked nice but looked like a burger from mcdonalds treble the price .not impressed with the bill over priced for standard fries and hot dog and a burger milk shake and a beer nearly 40 pounds .

Staff was friendly, food was ok but if we talk about price vs quality, I would go in many other places than FiveGuys: 22£ for a cheeseburgher, medium fries and a tasteless drink.
