“Excellent service. They didn’t have the roof bars we’d ordered and wouldn’t have them in before we left for a holiday to France, so they provided an alternative set which we then swapped for the correct one on return.

Want to support a smaller business than Amazon, but sometimes the prices are quite high in comparison. Hope it survives.”

“I visited Bang & Olufsen Harrogate for my birthday this month hoping to buy either H95 headphones or Beolit 20 speaker. Went into the store twice and met manager Richard and installation manager Mark and v good service both times. I ordered the headphones which arrived within 24 hrs at my home. A good location and 5star service. Would highly recommend and will be returning.”

“This is one of my favourite charity shops in the town. It's small but sweet, often with hidden gems in abundance. The selection of books on offer upstairs is brilliant, too. The staff are friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable. Indeed- as is the case with all charity shops- it can be a bit hit-and-miss at times, but nevertheless this shop is worth a visit.”

“Staff at the Harrogate branch have really stepped up the game And happy to help, the online buying service is getting things turned around very quickly so had a few issues but was nothing to complain about as just a wrong gpu model sent (actually a better card than I paid for) but I was buying to compliment a specific build, so returned it and swapped for a game rock 3070ti. So far passed all tests.”
