I ordered to my hotel and the food never arrived. They ensured us that it was just delayed. Eventually upon the last contact they were unable to deliver the food but would not issue a refund. They also lied and said they did not provide an address. Then they said that they arrived at the address and no one was at the Hotel....

First off they tried to deliver my food to the wrong building, meaning I had to walk down the street to collect it. Then they forgot my dips and only delivered them 15 minutes later, after a phone call, when my food was nearly cold.
