Waited 20 mins to buy one item,no privacy for other people in the queue when they need advice about personal medical enquiries!. When I complained about how long it took to serve people who just needed to buy something was treated to silence, really poor service.

Went this morning to pick up a prescription-was waiting outside for them to open. A lady came out and said the pharmacist wasn't there-was due to start at 9am but hadn't turned up. Terrible. If a pharmacist can't come in then they should be putting a locum in and be opening on time. There were about 5 of us waiting outside.

If i could give Zero stars i would. This pharmacy is a complete shambles. They never answer the phone as they claim to be busy but when you go into the shop itself the staff are just standing there doing nothing and gets rude when you ask them whats going on.

genuinely useless, my partner needs to take daily thyroid medication and requested it over two weeks ago, have they provided it? no. have they called to apologise? no.
If you have any life long or serious illnesses which require medication on hand then I'd recommend going literally anywhere but here.
I've seen an elderly man with no legs still walk faster then these lot can do their jobs.
oh also the staff are rude and when you call asking for an update expect to be met with 'don't know try again later'
Useless, pathetic and all round shambolic.

Waited nearly an hour to be told they?d ?misplaced? my prescription, so I have to try other chemists in the hope they have some. My husband couldn?t get his text message with the code to retrieve his prescription from the automated kiosk and there?s no system to find out which compartment it?s in, and they were too busy to open all the compartments. They now always seem to have a queue of 10 people or more waiting to be served. This isn?t the fault of the lady at the counter. She does her best. Apparently most prescriptions are sent to a ?hub? where robots dispense the drugs. A member of staff told me it?s much slower since that system came in. And they don?t even open Saturdays!

Can you do zero stars? I have never known a pharmacy to be so consistently unfriendly, unhelpful and inflexible. My repeat prescription has gone wrong EVERY TIME for the past three months and they do nothing to help. Repeat prescriptions from the surgery are SENT AWAY to be filled! And once they?ve sent it, there?s nothing you can do, except go back to the surgery or call 111 to get an emergency prescription. Why be a pharmacy if you don?t fill prescriptions on site? They are just down the road from me, but I have now changed to another pharmacy with the hope I never have to go in there again.

World?s worst pharmacy.
Takes too long for meds to come in, rude staff, slow service but, the final straw was having gone to collect a script for the third time having waiting four weeks to be told the item is discontinued. Why couldn?t I have been told four weeks ago.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the Harrogate area (in my opinion and experience). Slow to dispense prescriptions (extremely slow). They promptly receive a GP practice prescription which allegedly then gets sent off to a hub and it can then take five days or more to receive the prescribed medication and especially if you?re heading towards a Saturday or Sunday when the pharmacy is closed. Also ?.. this pharmacy must have a policy where they don?t answer the phone because they don?t!!!

So busy most days, so many different questions asked over the counter.... Never come out without what I need even if it's sometimes an explanation rather than the prescription. The repeat locker system for collecting out of hours is fantastic.

This is an excellent pharmacy with always helpful staff.
I transferred from another pharmacy and glad I did!
I order either using their own app or via ?Airmid?. The medications always arrive, text message in advance.
I recently ran short of my meds through forgetting to order in time. The pharmacy was excellent in sorting out a script on the same day. They are also approachable for advice. Highly recommended.

Rude, Rude, Rude. The woman behind the counter puts me off completely. Everything seems to be a massive effort. She questions everything inbetween huffing and puffing and basically makes you feel like you have done her a massive disservice. No need for bad attitude.
