Ok, so it's Currys! The place to go for (nearly) all your electrical stuff.. just a shame that on this occasion no one could decide which branch had the product I was after, and got passed from one branch to another (4 in total).. would i shop there again - well it's better than temu so yes.

We called in store on Saturday 2nd August in order to buy a new TV. Atish couldn't have been more helpful, what a pleasant young man.
I have experience of Currys in Bolton that leaves a lot to be desired.
Atish has restored my faith in the brand and we will definitely return to his store.

went in for a henry hover, member of staff was walking about on his mobile phone, clearly on a personal call. we looked at the hovers and narrowed our selection down to 2. tried to get a member of staff but guy on phone was not going to stop his call and we had to follow him about to get his attention. said he would send someone over. after 5 mins nobody arrived to help so we had to go back to the guy who still wasnt going to stop his phone call. finally got a staff member and got the hover. the guy still didnt get off his phone. terrible service.

My Dad who is in his 80s recently purchased a new fridge freezer from this branch. The help and support he had during what he found a slightly complex task was immense. Tracey who works in the hookstone chase branch was incredibly kind and patient supporting him through every step of the process. He is delighted with his new appliance and we are delighted with Tracey!!

Ordered a fan online £269 via my business account, sent my partner with my ID and email / proof of purchase to collect item.
The member of staff refused to give the fan ?
Then 20 minutes waiting online to get help as couldn?t contact the store, the whole process including driving to collect on a Friday evening was a nightmare.
Curry?s is rubbish, shop local and don?t bother wasting your time with a multi national company that doesn?t care one bit about customer care.

What a brilliant store, staff are very helpful! Waqas & Colin both really made my shop very easy and helped me with my queries. I bought a Pc gaming Chair & a Bag,very happy with! I will return and shop here instead of online because you can see what you can buy and they give really good advice on the items in store. Made my day thankyou! Ill be back again soon.

Went in with the expectation of buying a basic iPad, I saw a guy called Alex, very friendly. Explained that they had run out of that iPad but gave me the options and wasn?t trying to sell me lots of add ons but explained what worked at didn?t work with the iPad, also offered me a part exchange for my old iPad which was more than I expected. Top quality customer service which resulted in also buying a Dyson air purifier and a more expensive iPad.

We experienced problems when trying to place a big order online with Currys and were stuck with a lot of non refundable Curry vouchers. Their online help desk was useless so we decided to pop in at our local branch in Harrogate. We were served by Abaid and he was an absolute legend! He sorted all the issues and we've been able to place the order successfully and more importantly use the vouchers we had already bought. Best customer service we've had in a while ?. Thank you Abaid, we'll come in store for our purchases from now on!
