“Why is that M and S NEVER have enough staff manning their cafe areas. Lunch time and twenty in the queue but only TWO staff serving. Lots of empty tables but 15 minutes to get served . Food came out quickly and staff were friendly . We have visited numerous cafes in store and they all appear the same but no one ever comments or listens”
