Excellent service and price. Was looking for a new TV after moving house, went in and was helped by a very knowledgeable employee. I then called to buy a few days later, and they price matched Currys when I mentioned I had money off there. Very happy.

I bought a range of appliances via the Harrogate store and the service, advice and support from everyone at Crampton and Moore was absolutely excellent throughout - from the staff in store to the delivery team, nothing was too much trouble. The town centre location was a big plus for me as well, just a short walk away rather than having to drive to an out of town store. Also, the prices were superb. I can 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Just bought a tv here, after seeing the cheapest version on Amazon was stocked at C&M. Actually knocked another 30 quid off from advertised. This on a Samsung that was only introduced last month. Got a 5 year guarantee as well for no extra cost. High street shopping at its best, and customer service second to nobody.

The best place to purchase a tv! Brought my last tv from crampton and moore 5 years ago so thought I would update all my av equipment as I'm moving. Graham was really helpful and gave me a great price on the products I purchased and within a couple of days they arrived. Will be buying from them for my next purchase. If your thinking of buying a tv use crampton and moore instead of big stores as there cheaper and also know the products. Thanks guys ?

Couldn't decide between oled & qled for our next tv, the kind bearded gentleman (sorry i didn't get your name!) Was incredibly helpful and explained the difference and matched the tv to our needs! Would recommend to any one!

Always offer great advice without any hint of pushy salesmanship. Bought way too many TVs from here and always been satisfied. Always competitively priced as well which is a bonus.
