Just called in for a coffee Friday morning.
Had a nice cup of coffee made for me by a lovely sociable young lady. I sat outside in the sunshine & drank it.

It is ridiculous that 3pm they shut upstairs where the main toilets I could not use. Downstairs toilet was for disabled person and was disgusting . I could still see people having coffee upstairs and using toilet
Also if u are shutting upstairs, put a clear sign on, instead of caution slippery bollard on.

Warmly greeted by Natalie & Matty in the cafe. They were fantastic. On my way to work on a Bank Holiday , which isn't fun. They really brightened up my morning. Excellent coffee too. ?????
Wheelchair accessibility: Large wide door, no steps & lavatory all one level.

I spilled my full drink unfortunately. I asked politely for a replacement and was told no, due to "costs." This is a big chain, not an independent. I'm sure one drink won't make a difference. Really poor form.

The service was so slow people were waiting at the counter after they had ordered and having to wait again then put chocolate bits on the hot chocolate which I didn't want so had to wait again

Costa coffee is just costa coffee, but the staff make this a very pleasent place to stop for a drink. We never ate so cant comment on food.

Stop in for a coffee regularly early on a morning. Staff are always amazing considering the time of day! Coffee is the best out of al the ?chains? too.
