Stood in the shop for 10 mins waiting to buy some off the shelf eye drops. 6 staff and not one if them could spare 2 mins to serve on the tills. Put the product back, walked out and purchased elsewhere. Customer satisfaction and service thrown out the window. Are the really that busy that they can't man a till? The manger needs to eliminate such simple errors to run a successful store.

We have had nothing but excellent service from this pharmacy. This week especially, Lottie and Rachel have gone the extra mile to assist me when I?ve not been able to get to the surgery and have needed urgent prescriptions for my husband and myself. As an ex-NHS employee I appreciate how under pressure everyone is in the current situation but all the Cohen?s staff we have come into contact with have been courteous and friendly. Thanks Cohens.

After a rocky start, my relationship with this place has improved. You still get the occasional "we have mo record of your order " but I now take a printout of my online order.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at this chemist shop. My Doctors' surgery have made numerous mistakes with my repeat prescription requests and the kind people who work at Cohens have very kindly solved all the problems the surgery caused. hey have done so with umour and good grace so take a bow all of you.
