shell fuel card didn't work here even though its a shell station! forecourt eye then rips you off with admin charges, they're similar to the private parking cowboys - no recourse or reasonability. avoid the place, especially as the newer staff are rude too

I can cope with miserable staff and the speed of service (slow) however the biggest issue is opening times. The timings don't marry up with what is published, for example 20:45 on a wed it was shut, and approx. 18:00 on a Tue this week with multiple examples in the past as well. Guess it is great for other businesses in the area, the petrol station down the road was jam packed!

I never been so annoyed got here at 5:50 and seat in a line for the pump for almost 10 minutes then when I finally got to the pump and got out ready to pump my full a staff member shouts out of the door across the forecourt that I can't get full as there closing this is at 6pm during rush hour after watching people line up at the pumps there was no sign saying they where closing early or any indication that they where planning on closing they just stud there waiting for people to get to the pump they shouting at them what a joke I would have understand if there was a sign or they come out and told everyone waiting but shouting out of a open door isn't on if I could do zero stars I would

It says the closing time is 12:00 but its been closing around 9:00 if that is the new closing time then it would be a good idea to update the times to avoid confusion

Convenient location just off main road into Harrogate from Ripon/Ripley/Skipton, inside petrol station. Has similar range to a local Co-op, plus petrol station items. Handy for picking up items on Sunday/Bank Holidays when 'normal' shops are shut.

I popped in on friday night to pay for my fuel, two counters/tills were open, upon approaching one of the counters the the gentleman told me he was on a break and told me to que at the second counter, which i did. Literally 10 seconds into queuing a Caucasian customer came in and was served by the gentleman who was supposedly on his break!!!. Meanwhile i was still behind one customer. Frankly disappointing in 2021 there is still subtle racism going on. To the gentleman who behind the counter who found it amusing at the same time, you need to look around the planet, there are people of many ethnic backgrounds and colour.
