This isn't a review of me buying from there but actually someone selling my STOLEN AirPods case to them. I was tracking it the whole time as I had lost it on the 36 Bus Route, and it seemed to have been the bus driver judging from where they were moving from.
If you had actually bothered to do checks you would instantly see that it was reported as lost and my phone number would come up. I understand that you cant give it to me since I had to report it to the police but I dont understand how a company as big as yours cant do the necessary checks to ensure a device, an APPLE device which has very easy ways to check if its stolen, isnt stolen
Just for this situation, I would avoid them, who knows what stolen goods they have accepted.
I have nothing against the people I saw today they pointed me in the right direction, but Im still left annoyed

Very inconvenient, workers are rude and helpless. Tried to return my phone everything seemed okay to exchange, and then said they couldn?t do it due to one of 3 front mics not working aparently and then proceeded to not put my SIM card back and then lost it spent about 3 hours overall waiting for nothing. And got a new screen protector (plastic) which they ripped mine off in the first place (a glass one) as ?compensation?. Waste of time will not be going back.

You are kept waiting for often long periods of time when you try to purchase an item as the staff seem busy dealing with people who are tradi g often lots if things and want to be paid. Seems ridiculous that these people are not dealt with in a separate arezso customers paying for things are served as a priority.
I have walked out before because of this. Cex need more staff or better organisation of the staff they already have.

Don't take your old phones to them. I took my phone into them at it was in excellent condition. After going back In to collect my money I was told I should have had a phone saying it classed as unsellable due to the back coming off. I told them you must have broken it as it was in excellent condition when I brought it in. I was told they could buy it off me for less than half what they offered me. I asked to see the phone. He showed me the back of the phone then started pull the back off untill it broke.
He refused to give my phone back saying no one will but it. Just leave it with us and take the money. I eventually got it back. Never going In again. Very rude service.

Staff at the Harrogate branch have really stepped up the game And happy to help, the online buying service is getting things turned around very quickly so had a few issues but was nothing to complain about as just a wrong gpu model sent (actually a better card than I paid for) but I was buying to compliment a specific build, so returned it and swapped for a game rock 3070ti. So far passed all tests.
