We visit this cafe regularly. Today we were served by Leanne, she was a very positive professional, warm and lovely person with excellent communication skills and patience to explain everything thoroughly with details. She made us fantastic coffees. We?re looking to seeing her again. Very happy customers.

They supoused to open at 6.30 am everyday and was 07.40 when i come to pick up an order and they've said they are not open yet, you should switch the tablets off on deliveroo, uber eats and just eat in the moment that you still not open 1 hour after your opening times and not to say to the driver that you are not open and you cant make the food, this is customers ordering from your store and you failed to inform the delivery partners and this is resulting in loss of customers, unacesarry trip done by the delivery drivers and not getting paid...
Resolve your issues well before the opening times at 6.30 , not one hour after you supoused to be open you still not open....
What kind of store you are running here? Why you are on delivery if you are not able to do the orders that the customers are placing...
