This is the smaller of the two Neros in Harrogate, but prefer this Neros to the one on Cambridge Crescent, mostly based on cosiness and atmosphere. Staff are always smiling and happy to chat, and the caffeine supply is spot on!

Lovely coffee shop. We come here at least once a week. Staff are very friendly and drinks are prepared quickly and are always delicious. Food and drinks are also very good value for money. The cafe it?s self is great and is perfectly located opposite the bus station and in the centre of town. Would definitely recommend ?

Seems like the premises were previously an old bank or similar ?.. no sign on the door and so a little confusing to gain entry initially. The special coffee right now is a Brazilian blend for an extra 30p. To be asked by a barista if you want a Brazilian is rather odd when I only went in for a coffee, but what the heck only 30p so I thought I would give it a go?. Not what I was expecting?.!!!
Overall a decent coffee venue.

Shocked to asked for a medium latte priced at 3.55 to find I was charged 3.85 not only that the drink itself after been going to Nero's for 10 yrs tasted of a mixture of soya and weak coffee flavour...I don't normally complain but this the third time I have Been over charged and first time the coffee tasted disgusting shocked at the standards

Well super coffee ?? shop dirty tables not wiped as clearedDidn't know if to wipe feet going in or out..staff no uniform ? young lady had belly showing as well as dirty trainers ? the hole coffee station was dirty ? ?

I bought a hot chocolate which had a great taste. However can you please hire cleaners, it would be great as it is a busy cafe however no excuse for dirty&sticky table. Also, can you please ask your staff to dress as a barista should, because their dirty and extremely muddy shoes just unbelievable. I would rather not upload photos.Please sort out this cafe, you would have even more (happy) customers.Thank you.

The server Bex was really sweet , helpful and patient and gave very good customer service. Provided better service than any other store in harrogate, would definitely recomend.
