This is the smaller of the two Neros in Harrogate, but prefer this Neros to the one on Cambridge Crescent, mostly based on cosiness and atmosphere. Staff are always smiling and happy to chat, and the caffeine supply is spot on!

Lovely coffee shop. We come here at least once a week. Staff are very friendly and drinks are prepared quickly and are always delicious. Food and drinks are also very good value for money.
