Went last night 3am to get fuel the guy working there just staring from window with glasses on I tried two pumps no fuel the worker just looking from window sat there he no say anything so Arrogant and Rude I Drove off with no fuel in car was very Disappointed never going back here again Rude Staff Just ignored me

I went to the Harrogate Leeds road branch around 2.45am, just back from holiday. Purchased milk and some other items. Gutted that the milk even though dated for 5 May is already off and undrinkable. Sadly the store is too far away to make it worth whole returning it for a credit or exchange.

ITS NOT 24 HOURS. I WENT THERE AT 2PM LAST NIGHT AND WAS REFUSED SERVICE. A VOICE ON THE TANNOY JUST SHOUTED THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. BEWARE IF YOURE RUNNING LOW ON FUEL LATE AT NIGHT.

Always had efficient and friendly service here. Used to call regularly at night and have a chat with Pat, who I was very sorry to hear sadly passed away recently. You need more staff like her, she was a credit to the company.

Ignorant staff they say open 24 hours standing front of the window to get fuel and the guy just ignored not even looked at me just packing some cookie's it was on 25 March around 5 am

Fed up waiting for fuel while people get their shopping and skinny lattes 20 mins and counting. If I wasn't blocked in I would reverse out and go elsewhere!?
