Neelata, the optician who dealt with me was very thorough, professional and friendly. She talked me through everything throughout my eye test and thoroughly explained the OCT results. I felt assured by what she told me.

I have been with Boots opticians from the day they took over Dollands and I have always been happy with the service. I brought my appointment forward because I had a problem with my eyes because of hayfever season. I had a full healthcare eye check and saw the optician Neekita. Every problem I had she had a solution and put my mind at rest. Even gave me some trial lenses to try out for one month. Her attention to detail and the care I received was outstanding. Neekita even wrote a letter to my GP over concerns of high blood pressure. Boots is the only place I will go for my eye care.
