I agree with the last post. Service has gone downhill at the pharmacy. Might as well be served by AI.
Text to say script received over a week ago and then nothing. Go into Pharmacy and after waiting at counter for 4 mins with no one serving. Then told to come back in 10 to 20 mins whilst they looked for prescription. Returned over 30 mins later to be told that it was being made up and to come back later. When I said they had had my script for over a week she said that scripts are not made up immediately. But seriously, a week.
No apology or anything and no understanding. I would get better treatment from AI.

Today the service at the Pharmacy was outstanding. The assistant searched through the recent deliveries to find a prescription for my husband which had been delayed due to manufacturing issues and which was needed.

Absolutely disgraceful I?ve been promised delivery of an outstanding prescription order and been lied to every time I call for a week and still haven?t received it I would not recommend there pharmacy to anyone wanting regular prescription medication

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.
The service used to be excellent, but it has drastically declined. I ordered my long-term prescription two weeks ago and never received any update through the text notification system. Concerned, I went to the pharmacy in person to ask about it.
The staff member informed me?without any prior notice?that the medication was out of stock. She returned my prescription and simply told me to try other pharmacies. When I asked what I should do if no other pharmacy had it either, she rudely repeated that they had no stock and made no effort to help or place an order.
I explained that this is a long-term medication and stopping it abruptly could seriously risk my health. I was shocked by her indifference?she showed no concern and just insisted they couldn?t help, effectively asking me to leave.
This experience was appalling. The staff showed no respect for patient wellbeing or urgency of care. I changed my nominated pharmacy immediately after this deeply disappointing encounter. Patients deserve better.

Today I visited in store . I was looking for assistance to help me to bought the products. Nobody?s there to help me and I asked to lady security guard to help me find the location I was looking for some brand. She is very nice and polite. Appreciate her help. Appreciate that this is not her part of job but apart from that she helps me. I don?t know her name but yeah next time When I will visit the store Im gonna ask her ??. She is helping lady. Thanksss !!!!??

Went to look for some cruelty -free makeup-of which they only have 2 or 3 in the sections with a proper makeup counter. I looked around on my own for about 10 minutes because there seemed to be nobody working the counters (it was 5:00 & they close at 6), but the lovely Molly approached me and was able to help. She showed me her favourite vegan brand, Milk. She made 2 samples to take home because I wasn't sure what she had applied suited me. I bought a fabulous blush, though.
Molly is very knowledgeable and personable and a credit to Boots. I will hopefully be seeing her again if the samples work.

Ignored by 4 staff today whilst needing urgent pain relief! 2 Stacking shelves behind till next to pharmacy and 2 on pharmacy counter.
It was like I was invisible and not even eye contact or acknowledged I was there. I walked out in the end

It's a big store plenty of different things in it plenty of cosmetics and other products as well as a chemist and a optician

I visited the store today to potentially buy 3 perfumes/aftershaves, on arrival there was 3 young assistants talking about the night before, the young lad kept swinging his key around which at one point almost hit me.
I did mention this to a lady who started to help me, she then broke the 3 up and I was passed into one of the girls
She stood there with no interest at all, couldn?t really be bothered so I left without purchasing anything at all.
I am in retail and have high standards with customer service and today there clearly was none at all?

Found a good shaver clearly labled and advertised for £50.99 with a discount, the whole shelf dedicated to this product. A perfect Christmas gift to a relative. Went to checkout and lady says the price is £220. Supervisor refused to honor the price the product was clearly advertised at. To make it worse, I was advised to double check all prices in the store with the supervisor if I would like to. This is a joke, not even a funny one. Absolutely disgusted and not happy. The store advertises chepaer prices and discounts only to charge you more at check out. Awful

I visited the store yesterday for make up. There were four assistants in that area chatting to each other for a long time and not helping customers or even checking if anyone required assistance. I overheard another customer commenting on this and experienced the same myself on a previous visit a few months ago. I decided to leave the store and purchase items elsewhere and feel that Boots are missing out on sales due to the lack of interest by their staff.

Elderly man collapsed into shelving after walking stick got caught on rubbish left on the floor. Staff completely ignored, walked straight past without helping the man on the ground (about 5 different members of staff). Absolutely shocking service shocking staff evil humans

Seriously, I really have to remember to stop using Boots!!!
I HATE "self checkouts" . I wanted 1 item which when scanned came up with the wrong price!!! To cancel a transaction you have to wait for a member of staff to "validate" it. What a joke!!!!! What a waste of time, waiting, whereas if there was a PROPER manned checkout it would have taken moments.
Thankfully other stores still have real people to serve you, so that's where I will be taking my business from now on.... or online.
