Just moved into the area and have been to this store twice in the last week.
On both occasions found the staff very helpful.
Jase was very helpful on our first visit sorting out my bbq gas refill as soon as i walked through the door with the empty cannister.
On our second visit Dave, Iain and Rob continued the excellent customer service.
So helpful and friendly.

Visited the store late on Sunday on a mission to upgrade our BBQ. We found the perfect one, I spoke with Jason who assisted us in trying to find one in stock, however the only one they had available was the display model which Jason himself had spent 4.5 hours building! Thank god this was the only one left. The next challenge was getting the giant into the car. Along came Rob and Jason to the rescue. Even at almost 4 o?clock in the afternoon when they should be getting ready to go home these absolute hero?s dug out tools to partially disassemble the thing, then would not give up on us until we had it all packed into the car and couldn?t have been more happy to help. Utter legends, what an absolute credit the store these guys are. Thank you both so much, currently sat with the family happily stuffing our faces with burgers and hotdogs. ?

Visited store Sunday 29th June 12 noon ish. I did not want to use self serve, sarcastic comment made to ridicule my husband as if he couldn?t use it properly. Rude lady staff member (appeared to be supervising staff). It should be choice and I should certainly not have to justify why I don?t want to use. Poor customer experience.

Marvellously ineffective and inefficient queuing system, coupled with rude staff. Just buy what you need from Amazon, it's cheaper and the shopping experience doesn't spoil your day.

My review is a big thank you to Lauren at b&q Harrogate we wanted a particular paint which unfortunately was out of stock when we called in at the store, Lauren very kindly said she would call at the Keighley store on her way to work the next day and collect one for us which she did, I think this was exceptional customer service and a very kind gesture.

We recently had an initial bathroom renovation design meeting with Martin at B&Q, and we?re very pleased with how it went. Martin was patient throughout the process and provided excellent suggestions that aligned perfectly with our vision for the space.
Although the renovation is not yet complete, we feel well-supported and guided by the entire B&Q team. From the surveyor Lee, to Debbie in the Bathroom team, everyone has been helpful and attentive. We?re looking forward to seeing how everything comes together and will share further feedback once the project is finished.

Variety of tools and materials!
I am at this shop at least 3 times per week as a tradesman and few days i had the worst experience ever with this lady under the name Gill, spoke to me so disqusting and aggresive i didnt confront her as she was at the work enviroment but because its not the fisrt time that happened i had to inform you.
Also the rest of the personnel very good and always happy to help.
