Appauling they offer an out of our alcohol delivery but don't deliver they don't update you .. make you wait over an hour and don't pick up the phone really bad customer service and they should be struck off just eat... As they never deliver trust me don't order out of hours on just eat from here you will not get what you want ..

Some items in the store are well priced but the staff are poorly trained, some are hyper aggressive including swearing.

It's asda, not much to say, manager has decided to make it worse to navigate in order to make you walk around more aisles which is very annoying, especially when I know what I am going in to get.

Very bad customer experience,to check out alcohol item want to wait 20 min at till,no customer service executive available in till line,charging 40 p fora plastic bag,totally zero satisfied.

Rude and patronising. And very slow service without an apolgy. Not all of the staff are like this but the lady who served me didn't know what eRD was and tried to blame me for my medication not being available when it was clearly a GP and pharmacy issue. Every month I have had problems so I have now changed pharmacy as I just want a convenient way to pick up my monthly medication.

Went around December 2024 for Christmas spirits. The store was absolutely freezing everywhere. Not sure what was going on or if someone had forgotten to turn the heating on but even with several layers of clothing on I could really feel the chill and it looked and felt bleak throughout. Couldn?t wait to get out of the store and back to my car. Certainly not conducive to browsing and impulse buying! So counterproductive in my view if about saving the store money by turning off the blowers. Felt really sorry for many elderly customers I saw struggling with the cold and the staff on the shop floor.

It wasn't the worst store I've been in, but I would recommend other places in the area.
Some of the discounts didn't work and the reduced products are very low quality and should be in the bin already

Shops fine pizza department terrible one staff who thought unpacking chicken round the back was more important than doing his job (making pizza) 45 mins wait

Staff and general public seem rude. Store is poorly stocked and dirty. Bathrooms filthy. Avoid.

AVOID ASDA & Watch prices carefully at Asda Harrogate - they have been proved to markup shelf edge label prices with at till prices despite making obscene profits!
They are no longer competitive on price!
Wrong shelf edge pricing is illegal & there is no customer Service - Head office in Leeds are useless, don't answer the phone & then lie about it.
AVOID ASDA - reported to Trading Standards - took 5 months to deal with ASDA's corrupt practices :( No wonder their business is failing - Allan Leighton !!!

A very strange Asda store. Firstly, everything is difficult to find. Butters and spreads are not near other refrigerated items, especially dairy. They're on the back wall, randomly. As are other parts of the store. Bizarre. Second, the majority of staff I noticed are not wearing any uniform, at all, apart from a lanyard around their necks. Have Asda changed their uniform policy recently? When i couldn't find the above butters, I didnt know who to ask. Similarly for other sections of the store. When I did eventually find a uniformed member of staff, I asked whether they sell something, he didn't have a clue. He didn't offer to help, find out or assist me in looking. Lastly, 3 staff arguing on the shop floor, swearing, one I assume was a supervisor telling two others what to do. One of which was kicking off about his hours and shouldn't have to stay after his shift or something. Poor poor staffing standards all round. Generally a poor experience for someone who had never been to this store before. Not pleasant.

Excellent selection of products, though the staff lack expertise as most are young. I was inched asked what ?falafel? was? bless the young staff ?
