selling mouldy food?? We?re in a cost of living crisis and asdas main priority is quite clearly selling mouldy food to their customers. Staff stand around like headless chickens giggling with each other, leaving spillages on isles causing slip hazards. Iv never been so disgusted. Sort it out.

Ordered a toaster and matching kettle to be picked up Monday 02 October, went into store and type my number into the machine and was informed it wasn't there to collect. Went to customer checkout and was told to push the help button and some one came, the person who came to help was one of the cleaners, nice woman who told me I should have ordered it to be collected Sunday and it would have been there. Silly me. She went me down to checkouts who after waiting 5 mins for her to finish with a customer sent me to another colleague, as we were about to converse a frosty faced looking woman ( who I presume was some management) stuck her nose in. With quite a nasty tone to her voice proceded to tell me to come back as the delivery hadn't turned up, she didn't know when it was going to turn up either. As this was a present for my son and his new wife for their house in Wales I couldn't really wait to go back. Luckily there was some in stock and asked if I could cancel the order and was told it was too late and I would have to wait 10 days for a refund. due to the attitude of the manager I don't think I will be using asda for any further purchases. Not my best shopping experience at all

Once again dissapointed when choosing to shop here! Only three tills open, one closes so leaves two. Lots of people waiting to pay. Used the self service trolley shop but kept having problems (so did other customers) and had to wait ages for someone to help. There was a very loud beeping noise going off which did not help when I was already quite frustrated. Not the first time I have experienced a bad shop. Wil not be choosing to shop here again.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I'VE GIVEN ASDA A TRY, AND THIS IS THE LAST...Did a £39 order though Just Eat, and £16.74 of it was missing!!!And before Asda replys, stating you need to go though Just Eat... what kind of people do you employ, who does the picking for customers orders?!? I can understand the odd missing item when busy, but half an order is beyond a joke! What makes it worst, is you only get a CREDIT REFUND, AND NOT BACK ONTO YOUR CARD!!!I'M FUMING

Used to be a good store but entering the store no baskets, lots of self checkouts, only 3 checkout operators available. Get some decent managers that can sort out the basic of customer service!

The worst supermarket I have been to, more expensive than any other supermarket in Harrogate and it feels dirty. Staff are impatient and rude, aisles half empty, all bags broke before we got to the car! Won?t be returning! Get me back to sainsburies ughhh

What on earth happened to Asda ?Asda has been my main food store all my life but due to recent price rises i've switched to an alternative cheaper store, but decided to go into Asda Harrogate for the first time in a while.I couldn't believe how bad it is now, the checkout is now an absolute catastrophe with only a few main tills open and mainly self service options which require authorisation, the staff all looked so stressed due to being overwhelmed with customers - Also the price increases are obnoxious on some of the items.I honestly used quite enjoy shopping here but won't be back in a rush.Ever since the takeover this place has gone down hill badly !What a shame...

This 'store' needs to sort their ID policy out. Never had such a negative experience when trying to buy some drinks. In addition, the staff need some more training. Rude and incompetent.

I was with my little brother when I went to buy an energy drink, the lady asked for ID from all of us when i was buying it. As i was leaving she was speaking to security acting like we stole the rest of the stuff we paid for. It felt like she was discriminating against us and wasn?t a good experience in general.

Whoever packs the delivery orders on just eat missed out half the order and thinks it?s okay to just send that out during a cost of living crisis £25 (with free delivery) for some hovis some juice and a small Easter egg!! This has happened before hence my angry review! Sort it out Asda, people can?t afford to be missing half their order!!Update: man on the customer service line gave me a false extension number told me to ring back after a few minutes and he kept answering the phone and putting it back down! Absolutely fuming with this store!

The staff always very helpful, especially when they are busy themselves. I am on crutches at the moment, which makes it a more difficult to get around, only one little problem otherwise 5 stars.why do you keep on moving things around makes it very frustrating. Well done to all the staff. Keep up the good work

Horrible staff. Went in to buy an air fryer that was on discount today and it specifically said on asda?s own website that the deal was only available in store to claim. Staff at checkouts were clueless and had to call out an even more clueless ?manager? only to repeat several times to me that the product had to be ordered online. Left and came back in to talk to another staff member at the customer service desk who was very polite in helping me, same ?manager? as before came over repeating once again that it had to be ordered, until another staff member shortly followed saying that it was the stores fault that the discount had not been registered on the system. Staff acted unapologetic for the whole situation which I find appalling.

On most of my recent visits to asda harrogate there have been no baskets near either of the doors, you have to go to the self service checkout to pick one up. very frustrating when it's a simple enough job for staff to turn around the used baskets
