Good afternoon, today on 02/21/2025 time 16:12:21 I had an incident at the Harrogate store. Since the store opened, I have always gone there every Friday after work for my weekly shopping and had never encountered any problems until today. I approached the attendant to pay for my purchases when a tall employee with a long, full beard and tattoos asked to check my bag that was in my cart to see if I had stolen anything from the store. He took my bag, inspected it thoroughly, and then began to process my purchases. I have never experienced such humiliation in my life, and I am very disappointed with the Harrogate store.

2 out of 3 times I've been here now and it looks like Armageddon. Busy as anything, car park completely full but most importantly NOTHING ON THE SHELVES. Like I say it's the third visit now over a year and things are still the same, please hire some more shelf stackers or build a bigger store.
