Aga bought for our house renovation. When we have got moved back to the house the Aga is faulty and tripping the electric. The year warranty has elapsed on an unused cooker so we are charged £240 for an engineer after is has taken Harrogate Aga months to send details of the company employed to deal with faults to the correct email. I am then left another 3 weeks with no one contacting me back from the engineers company. Not impressed on what service given from start to finish.

Great people...we couldn't download at the location but the boss arranged for us to solve the problem at a warehouse. It's super ok, quality people and professional products

I was in two minds about replacing our malfunctioning Rayburn with a range cooker from Aga given how unreliable the Rayburn has been. For something so expensive, you would expect better quality, but it has been plagued by faults and poor service. I was willing to see if Aga had changed over the last 10 years, but no, there is still the same poor service. I went in a week ago, left details, but haven't been called back. Dreadful service that gives me no confidence that their dodgy products would be anything less than a total inconvenience.
