Moved to TNT looking for some support and motivation. Couldn’t be happier with my decision. Crew are mega helpful and approachable - will set You up with an initial routine and then work with You to adjust as You progress. Enjoying the various classes too - lots of variety and other members really welcoming and helpful....

Your specialists in personal training, functional training and conditioning as well as offering over 40 fitness classes per week, sunbeds, therapy and diet / advice. Also the home of TNT Fitness clothing, activewear and workwear all created in our very own in house design and print studio.
