Once you get in staff are very efficient but they have a strange \\\"locked door\\\" system. No bell. You knock on the door, staff look at you, but then ignore you til they are ready leaving you stood outside in the rain. No notice on the door explaining what happens. Very weird system...

I've just put my wife off using these following my experience two years ago. Diagnosed with a cataract, the optician refused to accept that my condition was not too serious to drive a PCV vehicle. This I proved wrong by a simple internet check and a visit to the much better independent optician on the High Street. Specsavers still owe me around £200 in lost earnings. Avoid.
