Not somewhere I would buy fuel unless the world was about to end. same as all other fuel stations in Guisborough very pricy even before fuel shortage or any other reason they might have. its cheaper on the A19 and A1 in some places and that is shocking enough to keep people away

Absolutely ripping the people of guisbrough off with their fuel prices. Another shell station a couple of miles away is 8p a litre less !!

High priced fuel although barely higher than any other fuel station in Guisborough. Best off filling up elsewhere. Small Spar shop with Starbucks coffee machine, extortionate prices, on par with motorway services. Only used if desperate! Open 24hrs even xmas day, handy for those forgotten batteries ?Friendly staff

Members of staff have a appalling unprofessional approach to their customers, today my partner and his brother was accused in front of lots of other customers, of filling their works van up back in december with a lot of money and going without paying. Very embarrassed and humiliated they were, i do hope this 'short big build older woman' member of staff gets what's coming to her after I get legal advice about this incident. She cannot point out what so ever to random people who "look a like or have a similar van" to the actual people who did the crime without genuine proof! She had no proof other than written in the managers files "two lads in a white van", no registration plate logged!! So in the meantime we have asked them to check the cameras once again for this and get the police involved in stead of accusing innocent people. I do t have to explain anything but my partner get their bate for work from here and on occassions fill up max £10 as they get their diseal from work! Absolutely not professional!

The owners insist on charging close on motorway prices for super unleaded, unfortunately it's the closest garage that sells V Power. Shell need to get a grip of the pricing policy.
Shame because the staff are excellent.
