Alice was fantastic as usual. Love my hair again, usually by now the hairdresser gets board and I end up moving on however, in this case Alice delivers every time. My hair is shiny, full of volume cut to prefection. All the staff are super friendly and welcome you making you feel at ease. Thanks

Very bad experience. Somehow my hair looks worse than when i entered, asked for 1 inch off, only 1cm was cut. Asked for frontal shaping, looks blocky and choppy. During the blow dry my scalp was burnt several times. DO NOT USE!Services: Blowdry

The staff at Saks in Guisborough ...both in the Hair and the Beauty Departments, are all wonderful!I am able to completely relax whilst there because I have total confidence in their advice, expertise and professionalism. I have been delighted with every haircut and colour experience by Alice, Natalie and Alex and every eyebrow/eyelash treatment with Debbie. The atmosphere is always lovely and the head massages by the support staff who wash your hair, almost put me to sleep as they are so relaxing. I thoroughly enjoy my visits and look forward to them ....and I am so grateful for all the advice given to me over the last two years around hair care. Definitely recommended! Thank you all! Another fabulous visit to the salon. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The quality of the cut and colour is outstanding and it?s the reason I won?t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend a visit and I know you won?t be disappointed
