Arrived slightly early to pick up a Christmas order (which costs a fortune but fine M&S is usually good service which is why I shop there), told by an incredibly rude member of staff that I couldn?t pick it up, despite this meaning I couldn?t pick it up at all due to an emergency at home coming up. Won?t put staffs name here, but will be complaining as she shouldn?t be any where near customer service and for the sake of 45 minutes could have cost me Christmas dinner if I didn?t have family that could pick it up. Use your heads, incredibly cold

For a small food store it really packs a punch for its size , it's very clean and well laid out, the staff are really helpful and nothing is a problem. The food hall has a fantastic to range of products from the freshest fruit . Salad and veg. To the tasty produce from the bakery. Well worth a visit you won't be disappointed .

Really lovely little shop. Was greeted by a lovely man called Tim on the door who directed me to the hand sanitiser before I entered. Lovely shop, well stocked and plenty of helpful staff.

Nice staff but the food has gone down hill massively. Most of it goes off in a day or two. For the prices you pay that is poor.

Regular user at Guisborough 99 percent of staff are very welcoming, however today Peter on the checkout was fine untill I was packing because I took a little longer he sat back and folded his arms, I expect that at Aldi the reason I use MandS is because your treated as a valued customer not rushed or felt as a inconvenience.
