Cleaning good but clothing alterations awful. Bits of the hem missed off and wonky stitching. Having to unpick it and have a go myself - don?t think I could make it any worse. Two pairs - Lee Jeans and a White stuff pair!

Diabolical - ruined by Laura Ashley curtains. Took my heavy linen Laura Ashley curtains in for a freshen up, and got them returned with all sorts of black marks on them. Wouldnt' give me a refund until they had tried again to clean them. Each time they almost got worse and they blamed another branch they had sent them to.
After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing I eventually managed to speak to area manager and managed to claim part of the value of my runined curtains. Staff really didn't seem to take any responsibilty, would not recommend. Massive chew on!

Absolutely top notch. Typically left my suit dry-clean far too late. Store rep very kindly committed to fitting my garment in quickly. was done by lunch time the next day. Excellent service, and good value. Even dropped another suit in on pick-up due to the initial experience. Many thanks.
