Went into guisborough store this morning women serving was very rude and impatient while i was deciding what to have her name was tracey on her badge. Both me and my partner got rude blunt responses when being served by her probably wont go to this shop again just no need for rude staff at all

Walk in to what should be a moderate size Q for Greggs. Living in Newcastle I know how that gaff operates. Usually seamless..... Waiting 15 minutes for 'Zack' to fumble a order through... End up with the women leaving her till and helping him because apparently you ask for more than one sarnie with different sauces, staff go onto meltdown mode... Finally after far to long to do one order my turn is up. "Bacon and sausage please mate"... Zack replies "sorry we've no bacon ready".
Got 4 staff sat in back doing nothing (if you're in back doing naff all best to not walk into view of customers) and 2 people doing the order that one person should be doing..... Worst Greggs I've ever visited.

Maxine always has the worst attitude. Abrupt. Unfriendly and rude. Customer service is always poor and consistent for the amount of times I go in.

Went here this morning aboit 9 ish was really busy, there was one server serving all customers and she did really well by herself while other staff were filling up all the shelves ready for the day. Good job guys n gals
