Iced tea was awful and blueberry muffin was ok.
The seats and tables were dirty.

Although this is a 'standard' Costa coffee shop, we are lucky in Guisborough to have a lovely barista called Claire. She seems to be there every day, she is always so cheerful and she makes everyone feel welcome. She often volunteers to bring your order to your table as well, which is a lovely touch.

Been waiting for my order nearly 20 minutes, I'm walking on stick after stroke, my dad order my coffee and sandwich before he left to work he asked the lady a favour if she could bring it to my table my coffee ?? unfortunately the random lady tap my shoulder to take my coffee so I stand up with my stick, one customer probably noticed that I'm unbalanced she let me ? down and brought the coffee on my table thank you to the lady , unfortunately my coffee was so cold but drank it quickly and slowly walkout called taxi to take me home feeling very disappointed for the first time. Costa has been my fav coffee shop since from uni , after work and before and after my stroke. It just happened at Costa Guisborough never happened before in any other places of Costa coffe shop.

The Costa Coffee Shop in Guisborough must be one of the very best in the country. All of the staff in there are absolutely superb without exception. They take the time to get to know you and are always super friendly and welcoming. An absolute credit to Costa ????

A great coffee shop in Guisborough High Street. From the various drinks to snacks you can buy the atmosphere was great. I just wish it was bigger and cheaper as many people say it Costas a fortune. Take for example a cup of hot chocolate 3.50 or a chocolate twist 2.50 for something that can be bought from the baker's cheaper.
