A store where customer service is beyond the pale. I asked for a packet of Actifed decongestant tablets sold over the counter. A woman server asked me a truck load of nosey questions then denied me the sale?. Because SHE didn?t deem it necessary. I?ve been using them all my life and now denied by a Karen my right to buy over the counter. The most ridiculous service ever! So I went next door to the next pharmacy and picked up a packet of Acitfed. I?m bemused and find this ridiculous for an over the counter product. I?m surprised she let me drive my car home. The store manager needs to get this person in line!

Thank you so much to the staff who helped me today. I had a tracking infection in my hand for which I?d been prescribed antibiotics. The staff were really helpful, getting my prescription ready immediately, and even gave me water so that I could take the medication immediately. Thank you!
