An absolute gem in Grosmont! The coffee is amazing. My daughter had the Victoria Sponge and declared it the best ever! I had a fresh fruit scone which was still slightly warm and was absolutely delicious! If you are visiting Grosmont I'd highly recommend a visit!

Would highly recommend for lunch, coffee/tea, cake, if you're in the area.
We loved our salad bowls on the specials menu.
We had the vegetarian hummus, pesto and asparagus one, and the butternut squash and prawn one, and both were amazing.
Really friendly staff. Dog friendly. Some seating inside and out. And lots of cakes to choose from.

Extremely friendly owners and great cheese scones with chili jam (chutney?) on our coast to coast hike. Lovely view from the terrace, we spend a great couple of hours here ! Also had my first decent coffee here sinds arrival in the UK ?

A lovely little cafe - I had the soup which was really good! Excellent coffee, though I would've liked a bigger cup! (I just had to have 2 instead ????)
The cakes and treats looked really inviting.
Love the schoolroom setting and all the quirky furniture and the interesting decor - the clock chimed 8 times at 1pm which made me chuckle!

A warm welcome, cosy atmosphere and delicious food. We tried the home made cakes and superb soup, all beautifully presented. Coffee was great too. We will be back for sure!

Busy coffee shop offering a good range of products. Coffee in particular was very nice. Plenty of outside seating. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Super nice place close to the nostalgic train station.
At the track for coffee with home-made delicacies.
Also good for lunch.
And with a bit of luck a steam train will pass by.

Spur of the moment decision to stop at this café, and so glad we did. We sat outside and enjoyed the delicious sandwiches that were freshly prepared. I asked for no tomatoes in mine, and they thoughtfully left them out of the side salad too. Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
