What I experienced today at the Adidas Outlet in York Designer Outlet was absolutely appalling. I asked a staff member for help finding my size, and he casually pointed with his foot at a box and said, ?There, they?re in there.? He literally used his foot to show me where the shoes were ? like I?m not even worth talking to properly.
I was shocked. When I asked for the manager, he showed up with the same attitude ? no apology, no responsibility, just said, ?You can complain if you want,? and refused to give the staff member?s name.
I left the store feeling humiliated, angry and extremely distressed. I literally had to take calming tablets afterward because my hands were shaking from the disrespect. I?m still not okay ? it?s been hours and I?m still unsettled.
This wasn?t just bad service ? this was degrading, arrogant and completely unacceptable behaviour. I can?t believe Adidas allows this kind of staff to represent their brand.
York Designer Outlet management ? you need to get involved. That store needs serious attention.

I placed an order three months ago in this store for a coat which they didn?t have in my size, I was told I could collect this within 5 days from a local next store, I had to pay for the coat and then didn?t hear anything for weeks. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but each time I received vague responses that didn?t provide any real answers. I understand that delays can happen, but three months is outrageous, especially when I was promised a quicker delivery timeframe.
I am utterly frustrated after waiting this long and being told by customer services it should be with you soon, only then to receive an email saying your order has been cancelled, and that I have to drive an hour away to the store I purchased the coat from for a refund! This not only has wasted my time, but the level of service is very poor to say the least and unacceptable!
I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from Reiss twice. If you value timely deliveries and good customer service, look elsewhere, just check their trustpilot reviews, others have experienced the same thing.

Only being a short drive from us it has everything you could need to enjoy a few shops, a bite to eat or even use the park and ride to the centre of York.
We highly recommend to all our guests, plenty of parking and is so handy being on our doorstep.

Massive thankyou to Finn who, after us being let down with an order that didn't turn up that was made by the Cheshire Oaks store, we now have trousers to go with a suit jacket!! All recieved by courier within 24 hours as we don't live anywhere near York.
Trousers were out of stock on line so we had no chance of getting any without Finn's help.
Cheshire Oaks store - please note that this is an example of good service and going above and beyond.

Absolutely shocking service, the 2 males that were there ignoring customers, very arrogant staff, be aware, maybe you can shop online, staff did not wanted to check the price for me. I visited the shopping centre last Saturday.

Reiss make excellent clothes. Thuis outlet store sells a great range of their stock with genuine discounts. I've shopped there for many years . Highly recommended their clothing.
