Sadly regular at midday today just one poor assistant slowly heating order of hot food on mini oven X hot drinks but no other staff visible but audible in back bit by freezer's. Long queue why not for those have self scan till point? I won't be returning. Surely this is peak trading time? Also if not a regular first timers... read full comment

I call this place cold lands cos when you expect a nice warm pastry theyre always stone cold, when I asked if they were warm they touched with the back of their hand, big no no but still the food is tasty, just needs microwaving when you get home
