Mark and the team at Cast Iron Radiators have been incredibly helpful to me with a bathroom radiator that I brought in to the shop for advice on its restoration. They have been amazing, going above and beyond to guide me through the process and the options I had to get it renovated. Thank you very much!

Radiator arrived with rust on several areas! Apparently they were shocked it had passed QC but not shocked enough to say they?d send me paint to paint it myself!!!! £25 refund for my trouble! On requesting collection of the radiator they refused unless I pallet & packaged the immensely heavy item! Appalling customer service and needless to say I waited several weeks, several chasing emails for refund/paint.To add insult to injury the paint can was damaged and didn?t work on arrival.Plenty of other companies to choose a radiator from so don?t consider Cast Iron Radiators Ltd and save yourself the trouble.

I do not recommend using this company. Unfortunately I can?t comment on the quality of the radiators because I still haven?t received them since I ordered and paid for them 11 weeks ago. I purchased a large number of radiators worth a significant amount of money and was told the lead time was 6-8 weeks, upon placing the order on 3rd March I was told they would be delivered w/c 25th April. I called the week before to check on the day they would be delivered and was told they weren?t ready and wouldn?t be until 20th May, again I had to chase them to check they were going to be delivered as promised but again have been told they are still not ready and they have no idea when they will be.We have been renovating an old property and had to move out of our previous home at the end of March. I explained when I ordered the radiators the importance of receiving them on time and as quickly as possible as we will be living in rented accommodation until the radiators arrive due to not having any heating in the house and having a newborn baby and 2 year old. We also had to arrange other tradespeople for when the radiators are fitted as we wanted to test them and the heating system prior to plastering some of the ceilings, fitting the cornice and ceiling roses, painting, fitting the flooring and skirting boards etc however they have come and gone. We now risk having to spend thousands undoing work should there be a leak or the pipe centres aren?t exactly what they have quoted to me when they finally arrive and get fitted.In summary we are homeless and thousands of pounds out of pocket due to this company. I have asked for management to call me back but they don?t and I still don?t have a date for when the radiators will arrive. It is with sadness that I have to write this review as the office staff have been very helpful and polite but I desperately need the radiators and this is causing me a huge amount of stress. Avoid this company at all costs.

Sent the wrong item, but boy oh boy did they jump into action to replace it with haste. Super impressive response when things go wrong. That?s the sort of company you want. Wish we had ordered more from them.

Ordering a whisky lounge/snooker room and we ordered three radiators from this company and we couldn't have been more happy with the service from start to finish. Mark was very helpful and informative when we went to the showroom. Once ordered, we were kept up to date with the process and delivery. Upon delivery, the rads were immaculate. Would recommend to anyone

Terrible service! Having gone though all the details for a very large order and received a written quote I called Cast iron Radiators LTD to pay for the order only for them to suddenly tell me they had put their price up by roughly 20% as they had made a mistake. When asked to honor their original written quote they refused. I would not trust this company at all either dishonest or incompetent or both.

I am sad to be writing this review as the radiators are good quality but the delays we have had on the delivery of these have been a massive problem. We bought from them thinking they were uk made but they are coming in from overseas and assembled in the uk which not quite the same. The order has come in stages and the last delivery they did not know one of the radiators was missing until I asked where it was . Quoted this morning another 6 weeks and ordered in May . We have incurred multiple extra costs due having to have plumbers come back and absolutely no recompense or any effort to offer solutions other than a different radiator that won?t match the ones we have , being charged £200++ and it?s pipe centres are a different size so pipe work would need to be reworked. We are doing a major renovation of 10000sqft and will be looking at an alternative supplier for the rest next year.

Mark was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Our radiators are fantastic and we were very impressed by the price. Exceptional quality of both customer service and product. Highly recommend!
