Clean Eats Kitchen is a health based café situated in Embsay, North Yorkshire. Gina and Liam, a couple who have a love and passion for health, food and fitness, founded the company in 2018, which they independently own and run. Prior, Gina and Liam worked on some of Europe’s and North Africa’s most exclusive private health and fitness retreats. Gina worked as a ‘health’ Chef alongside some of Europe’s most talented and well-respected chefs, learning her trade. Liam managed all aspects of Personal Training, previously working as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Military. Together they have created a well respected and established health based food company to cater for your health and fitness needs.
