Terribly drab back end bar .. No keen on this Samuel Smiths beer at all .. But I must say the organic larger is v nice Don't know if they sell food ..

Not very welcoming. The barman was not particularly friendly. The Sam Smiths Organic Lager is normally a favourite of mine but didn't taste 'right' here. The rules regarding mobile phone use are everywhere. I'm from Haxby (70s/80s) and remember this pub in better times.
