Chinese restaurant in Haxby. Just had our first take a way which was excellent, very tasty and plenty of it! Restaurant was pretty full on a Wednesday evening. Our takeaway was on time. Recommended.

We moved to York September 2023.
The very first time we visited PaddyFields we were hooked.
We have been a returning customer both in the restaurant and takeaway orders ever since.
Every single item on the menu is meticulously prepared and served.
I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Absolutely amazing the staff is so amazing they are so kind and unbelievably organised the second you finish your water they come and fill it up and all the food was sooooooooo tasty not a single bad thing that I could say about this place 10/10 recommend thank you so so much definitely will visit many more times! ??

I have been going to paddy fields now for 4+ years now! The food is amazing and well presented. The staff are so lovely and welcoming to everyone they meet as well. Would highly recommend either the takeaway or restaurant

I can honestly say it was one of the best Chinese takeaways I've eaten in years, we had to travel a bit for it but totally worth it. We love not far from Full Sutton and had given up getting Chinese food due to the poor options around here and inconsistent quality. Although it's a half hour drive for us will definitely go here again in the future.

A lovely restaurant in the middle of the village, from walking in you felt looked after, the lovely gentleman ( I think the owner) was so happy and helpful we were getting take out because we were getting one of the late buses back to our hotel on Wigginton Road opposite the hospital, he went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to be able to eat it when we got back because there was no plates or forks to use he provided us with wooden forks spoons and knives, and we were able to eat out of the foil containers, he gave us hand wipes and he knew we were getting the bus and the order didn't take long to arrive and presented to us by the lovely man, we lived in Haxby many years ago and was visiting family, it's our new go to when visiting

This is a hidden gem. The food was amazing and the ribs were the nicest I?ve ever eaten in a long time. Good value for fantastic food. The staff were really attentive, friendly and polite. I would certainly eat here again and would recommend you try it if you are after a nice meal out

Love this place. A family run business and the folks are so friendly and attentive. The food is delicious with very generous portions....but dont worry you can take home what you don't eat. Try the Bobo chicken, or crispy chilli beef, or the kung po, or, or..............go on give a go you won't be disappointed.
