Just had fish chips .8th Aug. 25.chips excellent service excellent. Management needs to go to whitby to learn how to cook properly. Batter none crispy .absolutely soggy and undercooked .all batter went in bin .disgusting

Absolutely amazing Fish and chips the way they are cooked and taste, the batter on the fish is crispy, the nicest one we have had for a very long time would highly recommend.

Visited yesterday ,...The male owner put some fish in the fryer for us and as soon as he did, he blew his nose on his apron that he wearing and preparing food with. Lady who served the chips used a metal spatula to shovel some chips in the box then used her fingers to arrange them. She had just been touching money. Was going to ask for my money back to be honest. Both owners are simply un-hygienic despite its 5 star award and the food was average at best. 4/10. Will never go back. Much better places in Richmond and Catterick to go. Filthy work practices. Previous reviews and photos even show dogs turning their noses up at the foood leftovers on offer. Floors dirty and looks like whole shop could do with a deep clean. Avoid like the plague.
