Kat was fantastic helping us ordering our food and drinks, waiting our table and clearing.brilliant atmospheres. Mikey's burgers were amazing, the smoking jack burger was so very tasty and juicey. also the food was hot when served!! nom non nom thank you

Amber and her team did a fantastic job last week. They have provided high standard of service in short notice. I had 12 adult and 2 children for breakfast, with very short notice they did a excellent job. 5 star for them????

Ordered food with some friends, got a side of onion rings. Got a bowl with 3 onions rings in. When I questioned the staff to ask if this was a side of onion rings I was told what are your expecting a full meal.
Avoid the place, there is alot better restaurants not far down the road.

Have just left the restaurant after going for food at around 4pm. Went in and the place was basically empty. We sat down and I moved a dirty plate to a nearby table so we could sit down where we wanted. We ordered food and drinks on the app at 4 and the drinks came out straight away which was great.
At half 4 a waitress came over to tell me that the main I?d ordered wasn?t available as they had no Camembert and would I like anything else. I told them I?d like the Mac and cheese and she went into the kitchen. 30 seconds later my partners food came out alongside my bowl of chips, but no main materialised. After 20 mins I flagged the waitress down and without me saying anything she said ?it?s coming!? And brought my food out, at which point my partner had finished eating.
The fact that it took them 30 minutes to realise they didn?t have what I?d ordered, AFTER making my partners is shocking. And the main I ordered was much more expensive than what I ended up with, but this was never mentioned and no refund was issued.
The entire time the kitchen had the door propped open with rave music absolutely blaring. Baring in mind the restaurant was playing its own music, it was incredibly distracting.
I ordered a 2nd drink over the app and within 30 seconds the bartender came over to tell me they had no soda to make what I?d ordered. I heard a man next to us say they had no Sunday dinners left either. My family had a similar incident last year where everything they ordered wasn?t available which shows it isn?t a one off like I?m sure the manager who replies to this will say.
Wouldn?t ever return now. I?d rather get a Tesco meal deal before the cinema than give this shower any money. The plate I moved was still there when we left as well. There were glasses and food and dirty plates around the entire place.

Worst Sunday lunch ever, instant mash, raw carrots, deep fried from frozen roast potatoes and some processed turkey role full of pepper, stuffing missing. No horse radish sauce for the beef, no mint sauce avoid at all costs

I have never left a bad review but the meal we had was truly awful.We had the Sunday roast beef dinner and it was such a let down.The shoe leather beef was inedible and impossible to cut.The whole meal was cold with unroasted potatoes,soggy veg and watery gravy.We have never complained in the past but staff were informed and offered us a drink and they would speak to the chef.We declined and left.Staff were very friendly at all times but this meal was a disaster.
