I went in to exchange £ into US $ just after the Christmas because I was travelling abroad, after the exchange I came to know that I didn?t need US $ anymore so went back but it was already closed. There was different time on the website but they were working on different timings. I went back the next morning and told them the whole story but they refused to exchange it back. I get that this is business and it was fine until I found that it was a rip off. The exchange rate I was given was way less then what post office exchange rate was. The amount I exchanged at Tesco and Post Office exchange would work out me loosing £35 which is quite a big loss.I have circulated this to all my work colleagues and I would not recommend Tesco Travel Money at all, better go to the Post office.
