It used to be a nice clean environment to eat, but recently its super messy and dirty. The bins were overflowing, no clean tables and rubbish all over the floor.

Food was ok service was ok toilets were absolutely stinking i was wrenching from the second I walked in . It wasn't a dirty customer issue it was a pungent smell of stale wee bleach is your friend . Had I used your facilities before ordering I wouldn't have.

Spent a ton of money ordering food and desserts for a little celebration with my gf (she loved kfc until today) ordered with table service that got ignored and took forever for our number to even be shouted.
Then got charged 60 quid parking on top of all that for the privelege of sitting inside to eat the half cold food on a day the place was a ghost town, absolute joke.
Don't waste your time here.

Repeatedly mess up drive thru orders for sides or missing parts of meals. Always fix when pointed out though.

Avoid at all costs food is dirty bought a share box ate 2 drum sticks and had to go bathroom to vomit very unhygienic needs closed down

Got my order wrong but we had had a very long journey so didn't go back. My wife's food was good however

Utter rubbish. Preordered food to collect on drive through asked at the start of drive thru for our order number was told to wait so we did. Eventually no further response so drove around after trying to get customer service was eventually acknowledged. Staff stood arms crossed with back to the window for ages. Eventually girl came sed it was being packed. Short 3 minute drive home and food stone cold.

How can you charge so much for overrated chicken which was overcooked then charge customers to use just eat, then when you get the order an hour late half the order is missing.. so try and ring this branch and no answer. Kfc use to such a lovely meal but it?s terrible now
