Don't take your items to sell.I took my snes retro system and they offered £42 and my other item no price yet before they tested them both.Came back next day and offered £32 for both items because the SNES didn't have the wires in even though it said on the box 'doesnt include'. Then they said if we get both wires we will give in total £35. So wires that cost more than £3 they wanted.Absolute joke of a shop.

Do not go if you are female they will try and take advantage when you are trying to trade or sell an item. Thinking you do not know the value, even after checking there site

Terrible phone purchased at an inflated price. I went back with the phone the next day and despite it being faulty i.e. losing all charge within less than 10 minutes they wouldn't return funds. Advice regarding the purchase was negligible and the costs are 100% inflated. Terrible store. I would not recommend in any way.

It's a CeX. Buy but don't sell, this goes for all CeXs. It's better to sell on somewhere like eBay where you're not losing money for something that could otherwise cost more. Speaking of, you could probably find certain games, especially older titles, cheaper online. There's massive lots of PS2 titles you can find on eBay with the maximum price on the games being about £2. PSP and DS games from CeX are always a rip-off. Sticking to Xbox One, 360 and PS3 and PS4 is usually the safest part where you're getting your money's worth. For 360 games, it's usually cheaper than on the Microsoft Store but I wouldn't know about Playstation. Nintendo Switch games are cheaper on Amazon so I don't recommend them. Other than that most CeXs and this one are fine you just need knowledge as a consumer.
