My husband took 3 huge heavy binbags full of donation, and asked at the desk for help (he's 84). Was told, VERY rudely 'NO', more than once. Told to bring them to the desk (at the back of the store). So he had to walk back to the car park, and carry them quite a long way to the desk. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

Brilliant charity shop. Big and spacious!Prices are very reasonable with most items around £3 - £4. Lots of interesting furniture which is again at sensible prices. Plenty of parking and a delivery service too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Great bargains and helpful delivery driver. However i feel like some of the till staff don't have much customer service skills unfortunately. One visit to the shop i needed help arranging a delivery. The manager came across very rude but after visiting the shop I few more times I've realised that's just the way she is all the time. It's a shame as that brings it down a bit for me.

An amazing charity shop with a vast range of well organised clothes (good range of sizes too) as well as lots of household goods, all in great condition for stunningly low prices. Staff very friendly and helpful too.

Cancer Research UK. Catterick, is a remarkable shop. It takes unwanted clothes, books and general household goods. They are sorted by staff and volunteers and returned for sale in a well planned retail outlet. The staff are a tribute to CRUK. They are so friendly and eager to help. Everything on view is donated. The prices are amazing and reflect a diverse range of qualities of goods. I visit regularly and there is always a healthy footfall. If you haven't had a look in yet, I would advise you to do so. The profits all go to fund Cancer Research UK and its tireless work to beat cancer.Every single sale is a small step to funding their research.

Rude assistant manager, Michelle Johnson. Rude to disabled customers, aggressive manner, unhelpful. Won't be shopping there again or spending any money for their charity whilst she is in post. Complained to company

Friendly staff and great prices all in aid of cancer research. Each time we go we find something different. Highly recommended visit. If you are thinking of donating anything, just take it along to the desk at the back of the shop.
