Bought a large portion of chips to share and it was barely a kids portion. So disappointed!!! Up prices and reduce portion sizes.. I understand businesses need to survive but not this way as I won't be going again.

Nah t?be the bummer o the century, like, but it?s just not the same as the proper custom recipes, eh? This Australian chain, and the creepy name, it?s a bit run down, probably shipped the fish alfway round the world, and now it?s gone a bit rubbery, you know. I?m from Whitby, and maybe I?ve ad an upgrade from these standards, but for goodness sake, it?s arder than ell to make it just right. And ya can?t just leave it angin around and gettin robery. Decent service I might ad.

Where to start? what an absolute joke!!!! I?ve had PLENTY of people in the past say the young lasses are rude and the bloke isn?t much better but I?ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. My uncle who has travelled from Hawaii was desperate for fish and chips and wanted to go to frying nemo for the famous name. He is very friendly and loves to talk to everyone and make a joke. When he said he?s travelled 11,000 miles for these fish and chips from Hawaii they said ?no you?ve haven?t?, questioning him where he?s travelled from. Just outright rude. When leaving the shop, I heard the young lass say ?who does he think he is Billy big balls?. My uncle was not rude, he loves to talk to everyone and have a laugh. A friendly approachable American. The fish was cold and dry. Chips were okay but ran out of curry sauce. Won?t be coming back and will be telling everyone how bad the customer service was.

Just bought 1 sausage&small chips2 small fish&chips1small peas1small gravyIt came to an astonishing £24 and fish wasn't finished by my children because "its horrible"......my children said.Its quite rare we have a takeaway because everything is just so expensive now so have a bad one at that price is upsetting.We won't be going to frying next again.Kid-friendliness: Very friendly staff and children's meals were many.Parking: I felt bad for the shop because the carpark was being used by people going to the shop over the road
