Found this little gem on the main street after the pub had stopped serving food! It was hard to spot for some reason even after we had googled it! And then they had a little courtyard area at the back which is accessed at the side of the cafe. Simple menu with healthy options we had mushroom omelette with salad, coleslaw and added some chips (which were homemade, frozen and refried) they were really nice! We also had coffees, tucked away from the hustle and bustle on the street. The staff were really friendly and happy - would definitely go there again! Thanks guys!

The only sandwich shop that asks you what you want as soon n you walk through the door, then gets annoyed when you have to take a a few minutes to choose. Staff stood looking at you with a face on tutting. Daren?t ask for anything else just incase you get more attitude. Food lovely, attitude is foul.. Manners cost nothing, no thanks or please used.

The sweet treats are lovely and very large. Staff were helpful and service was swift. My only complaint is, and it?s not only this establishment, when given a serviette with cake, why is the cake on it. It sticks to it and renders the use of it inoperable. Never understood that one. Bit like towels in a B&B being on the bed and not in a bathroom where you need them. Anyway, would go again.

Very friendly place, atmosphere was a little dry but tbh there wasn't many people in. Food was reasonably priced.

Called in for Coffee, it was clean and tidy and quite a few people came in while we were there either to take food out or eat in, it was fairly busy so that tells you the food must be good, would certainly call in again if in the area

We call for our breakfast here every few months when my husband has his dentist appointment in the village and we are never disappointed. My husband has the big breakfast and I have the Eggs Benedict and both are always delicious. I'm always too full for one of the yummy looking cakes but one day I will treat myself. The cafe is always spotless and all the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a visit here
