Clean, efficient service, small but not crowded in, wide menu. We had breakfast and when asking for a couple of extras and changes, nothing was a problem. Really well-run place. Would definitely go back. Congratulations to the owner/s and staff. ?

Really nice food and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We were given bread with our meal, which we hadn?t asked for and it is shown as a choice you can add or not on the menu, but it was very nice.

I called in this morning with limited time to spare so I was looking for something to take away.
The Pork Cassoulet was available really quickly and absolutely delicious.
Our Black Pig never disappoints!

Called this Sunday lunch time where we received a warm welcome.
French onion soup and mushroom soup were excellent.
The roast lamb was delicious, the carrots, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower, mash, roast potatoes and cabbage also tasted wonderful, as was the gravy.
We could only manage one of those delicious apple pie and custards between us.
A most hospitable establishment serving delicious value for money food, as usual we left being very content.

had the Sunday roast yesterday, it's definitely the best we've had, tried lamb, beef, pork shoulder, I've got to say I can't pick a favourit. Came back for Monday lunch I had the Monday club brilliant value Mrs had Sea Bass new potatoes veg & salad. if you can get in give it a try you won't be disappointed.
