Ordered food, Large Big Mac meal, cheeseburger and a pie. Got back to work 5 mins away. No fries in the bag, both Big Mac and Cheeseburger Luke warm at best. Worst Macdonalds experience so far ??

Got here for breakfast on boxing day. Shockingly slow service, lots of staff at the back but nobody acctually serving. Food and drinks prepared but kept on the side for ages, was cold by the time it reached us. When asked if there are any problems with service- response limited to none. Not impressed.

Ordered on the app from Northallerton High Street. Drove to the drive through, gave the code and was asked to go to the 1st window. The window was closed but I could see staff busy so waited. Nearly 5 minutes, no one acknowledged me? Thought perhaps I misheard but the second window was also closed? Parked up, went in fuming to be offered my order?? So obviously aware!I know lunchtimes are busy but it takes a second to say ? real busy but we see you? or ?be right with you! Nothing, not even an apology.

They miss something off your order every single time it's a complete joke. Totally useless staff who aren't getting any better even though it's been open a few months.

Just been to the drive through, service quick and the frues fresh? however we were bery disappointed when we got home and realised that one burger of our order was missing. Two big cheesy meals ordered and paid for, but only one big cheesy received. ? Should have checked tge bag, but we had such a big order that it was not obvious at first?

I work close to this site to unfortunately I frequent it often.Staff regularly get orders wrong, and waiting times are often unacceptable. I have been stood waiting for a small breakfast order for 10 minutes, and have written this review during my wait.There is no sense of urgency from anyone in the business.Immediate Improvement is required.Edit: finally received the order with 2 items wrong.Come on guys?.

Took 25 mins to get 2 coffees and muffins. Plenty of staff milling around , biting their nails and generally doing nothing. Senior staff need hair nets., too much hair flapping around. Got back on with our journey and the latte we paid for was just a normal coffee. Staff need to be told NOT to bite their nails , scratch their faces and scratch their greasy hair ! Absolutely disgusted at this today.

Visited on a relatively quiet Monday lunchtime. There were quite a few empty tables which had not been cleaned. The burger was adequately average of best. The fro3s tasted as though the oil needed changing several days before. We used table service which, in all fairness, was good and the member of staff was polite. Will pay another visit in a few months to it a second chance.

Took a while ordering from the consul as a guest,however, worth the hassle as we enjoy the McDonald food as a treat now and then ?Parking: Even when extreme busy plenty parking spacesKid-friendliness: Kids love it and usually make new friends whilst they are there

We found it difficult to redeem Monopoly coupons....spending so much time trying to scan/input details. We were there for over sn hour!!Dietary restrictions: Had to go and ask for cutlery, again!!Without a bun it's very difficult to eat a Big Mac- surely it should be routine to supply cutlery for coeliac (no bun) people?

Genuinely the worst McDonald's in the UK. They have forgotten the meaning of fastfood... 45 minutes to get through the drive thru and get my food! Bonus was they got our order wrong but by that point we didn't care, we just wanted to leave. The carpark was absolute carnage, people waiting in cars everywhere for their meals. We will not be returning!

Leaming Bar is a little gem of a McDonalds. Clean, tidy and friendly. Busy, but not overcrowded. As it's on a new but fairly regular journey I'll be stopping there again.
