The staff in Costa Bedale are so polite & you don't feel as rushed as you do in other Costa's I've been to. Last time we were in there the fire alarm went off (we were told not to worry, there's no fire), it was an issue that when the door opened it seemed to set it off. We found it quite funny & had a laugh with the staff about it afterwards. The manager there at the time came over & had a chat with us to explain. Again I couldn't praise the staff enough!

It's very quiet and it has a cosy space if you want to be away from the front door sounds.

Use to good but since they?ve had a change over of management not as good as it was, nothing against the staff they?re very pleasant

Feel so sorry for the lad doing everything. The lass with tattoos needs to pull her finger out. Wasn't team work in here today. When there's a queue other things wait, you prioritise things

Despite visiting on a Saturday lunchtime, this Costa branch was very quiet and we were served promptly. The drinks were good, but the woman who served us could not have been any less interested, there was no smile, no hello, nothing other than "what do you want". Thankfully the man who made our drinks was much more interested in having a conversation, he was very friendly and actually engaged with us!

Only downside to this Costa, compared to others, its a bit scruffy & looks as though it needs some tlc. Otherwise usual nice staff & good service.
Parking: Parking on high street, free for 1st.hour, or at least I think so.....
